Ruijie Networks Co.,Ltd. (301165.SZ) has announced its intention to issue convertible bonds to unspecified investors, targeting a maximum total fundraising of RMB 2.6 billion (inclusive of this amount). After deducting issuance expenses, the proceeds will be allocated towards several strategic initiatives.

The funds are designated for the research, development, and industrialization of high-speed interconnection network systems tailored for large-scale intelligent computing clusters. Additional allocations will support the development of high-speed network switching units and comprehensive solution packages for high-density computing clusters, alongside advancing key technologies for next-generation computing-network convergence.

A portion of the raised capital will also be used to supplement the company's working capital, ensuring operational flexibility as it pursues these growth-oriented projects.
