On 17 September 2026, ISP Holdings Limited informed shareholders that the company’s 2026 Interim Report has been published on both the ISP Holdings website (www.isp-hk.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies are supplied only to investors who have previously elected to receive hard copies and will continue to be provided free of charge upon request to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at investor@isp-hk.com.hk or by post to Hopewell Centre, Wanchai.

In compliance with Listing Rule 2.07A, ISP Holdings will migrate all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—to electronic dissemination. Both English and Chinese versions will be posted online, replacing routine mailings of printed documents.

Shareholders wishing to continue receiving physical copies, or to change language and delivery preferences, must complete and return the enclosed reply form or email the registrar. Any such instruction will remain valid for one year from the company’s receipt of the request.

To facilitate timely updates, investors are encouraged to provide a functional email address via a personalised QR code on the reply form. Failure to supply an email address will require shareholders to check the company and HKEX websites proactively for new documents; actionable communications will still be sent in hard copy.
