China Qidian Guofeng Holdings Limited (abbreviated as Qidian Guofeng) disclosed that its external auditor has formally adopted a new name. Effective 21 August 2026, the auditor’s English name changes from “Prism Hong Kong Limited” to “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited,” while the Chinese name changes from “栢淳會計師事務所有限公司” to “思立安栢淳會計師事務所有限公司.”

The Board confirmed that, aside from the rebranding, no other adjustments to the auditor’s mandate or scope of work were announced. The notice was signed by Chairman Yuan Li and released from Shenzhen on 25 August 2026.

As of the announcement date, Qidian Guofeng’s Board comprises four executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
