Weichai Power Co., Ltd. issued a notice on 29 April 2026 confirming that the company’s 2025 Annual Report and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report are now available on its corporate website (www.weichaipower.com) and on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders can access both the English and Chinese versions online.

In compliance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, Weichai Power has adopted an electronic-only approach for all future corporate communications. Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default. Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive email notifications must provide their functional email addresses to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited.

Shareholders preferring hard copies can submit a written or email request—stating name, address and desired language version—to the company’s H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong; email: print@weichai.com.hk). Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of the request.
