Effective January 12, 2026, Mr. Yuan Ting has resigned from his positions as Chief Executive Officer and Sales Director due to internal role adjustment arrangements within the group and to focus on other operations of the group; concurrently, Mr. Wang Lei, an Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Board, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Sales Director.
