On April 10, 2026, the Group instructed its bank, utilizing internal resources, to purchase approximately 70.6 thousand ounces of allocated silver bars. This transaction, valued at approximately HKD 42.9 million, was matched on the same day. This purchase represents the Group's third silver investment, which, together with the first and second investments, is collectively referred to as the Silver Investments. The third silver investment is expected to be settled on April 14, 2026, with the consideration to be paid in cash by the Group upon settlement.
