Shareholder Action Required • Registered holders are encouraged to submit a valid email address by scanning a personalised QR code or returning a reply form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. • Without a functional email address on record, shareholders will not receive electronic publication notifications and must proactively check the designated websites. • Actionable corporate communications (documents requiring voting or election instructions) will continue to be dispatched in hard copy, as prescribed by the Listing Rules.

3. Opt-In for Hard Copies • Shareholders preferring printed communications may file a written request or reply form; the election remains effective for one year unless amended earlier.
