No interim dividend was proposed.

Post-period, the company completed a rights issue on 30 July 2026, placing 1.14 billion new shares at HK$0.038 each and raising HK$41.50 million net. Minerva intends to deploy about 60% of the proceeds to expand margin-financing operations, 20% to strengthen the money-lending and asset-investment segments, 10% to upgrade trading infrastructure and pursue U.S. equities and tokenised securities activities (subject to regulatory approval), and 10% for general corporate purposes.

Management highlighted persistent economic headwinds, elevated credit risks in Hong Kong’s SME and real-estate sectors, and continued volatility in global capital markets. Priorities for the second half include disciplined credit monitoring, selective loan growth, and ongoing diversification of the investment portfolio while preserving liquidity.
