BrainAurora-B (06681) saw its shares rise more than 7% during afternoon trading. At the time of writing, the stock was up 5.49%, trading at HK$4.23, with a turnover of HK$46.9459 million. The movement follows the company's announcement that it recently entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Tokyo Life Pavilion Co., Ltd. Both parties will focus on the deep integration of digital therapies for cognitive impairment and functional health products, jointly exploring an integrated platform model in Japan and Southeast Asia. This model combines online cognitive ability testing and training rehabilitation with offline functional health products, aiming to build an AI-driven digital health platform for the elderly. The collaboration is expected to explore innovative service models that merge online and offline offerings. The company plans to invest approximately HK$15 million by 2026 to promote the implementation and operation of the AI digital health platform, with official platform operations and revenue contributions anticipated to begin in the second quarter of 2026.
