CHINASOUTHCITY (01668) has announced that, in accordance with Article 124 of its revised Articles of Association adopted by special resolution on September 4, 2009, any unclaimed dividends remaining uncollected after a period of six years from the date of declaration shall be forfeited and revert to the company. Therefore, the company hereby informs its shareholders that any unclaimed dividends will be forfeited and revert to the company on November 18, 2025.
