PC Partner Announces Exchange Rate for Dividend Payments

PC Partner Group Limited has set the exchange rate for its upcoming dividend distributions, confirming that the final dividend of SGD 0.05 per ordinary share and the special dividend of SGD 0.05 per ordinary share, both payable on Jun, 5 2026, will be settled in Hong Kong dollars at HKD 1.00 to SGD 0.16549 for scrip shareholders.

The company added that shareholders holding CDP accounts or CDP sub-accounts will receive the same dividends in Singapore dollars credited directly to their respective accounts on the payment date.
