FDB HOLDINGS (01826) reported that its authorized share capital remained unchanged at 4,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.01 each, totaling HKD 40.00 million, as of 28 February 2026.

The number of issued ordinary shares increased from 1,332.00 million to 1,598.40 million during the month. This included a placing/subscription event on 11 February 2026 involving 266.40 million new ordinary shares at HKD 0.15 per share.

FDB HOLDINGS confirmed that the public float requirement of 25% was met as of the end of February 2026.
