Food Empire Holdings Limited announced the transfer of 1,682,500 treasury shares from its Share Buyback Account on Dec, 5 2025 pursuant to its Employees’ Share Option Schemes.

The move cut the company’s treasury share balance to 2,162,874 from 3,845,374, trimming the proportion of treasury shares to 0.395 % of outstanding ordinary shares from 0.704 %.

The transferred shares are valued at about 2.09 million Singapore dollars based on the weighted-average cost of treasury shares on hand.
