Risecomm Group Holdings Limited (the 「Company」), stock code 1679, announced that Executive Director Jiang Feng will step down from his position, effective 24 October 2025. According to the Company’s statement, Jiang Feng is resigning to focus on other personal commitments.

The departing Executive Director has confirmed that he holds no disagreements with the board and no matters related to his resignation need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the stock exchange. The board expressed its gratitude for Jiang Feng’s contributions and service.

Following this change, the board’s composition continues to include Executive Directors, Non-Executive Directors, and Independent Non-Executive Directors as previously disclosed in the Company’s announcements.
