Hongkong Land Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Lincoln Pan as Chair of its Remuneration and Nominations Committees. John Witt will step down as both Chair and member of these committees.

The company also named Emma Sze as its new Company Secretary, succeeding Jonathan Lloyd.

All the changes will take effect on Mar, 5 2026.
