CMBC CAPITAL (01141) has announced a new executive appointment.

Mr. Chen Hua has been named as an Executive Director and the General Manager of the company, with the appointment taking effect from July 30, 2026.

In addition to his new roles, Mr. Chen has also been appointed as a member of the company's Executive Committee, Risk Management and Internal Control Committee, and Development Strategy Committee, also effective from July 30, 2026.
