China 33 Media Group Limited (8087) announced that its current company secretary and authorized representative, Ms. Chan Siu Mat, will step down from both positions with effect from November 1, 2025, in order to pursue other career opportunities. The company noted that Ms. Chan has confirmed no disagreements with the board of directors and no additional matters requiring attention from the shareholders or the Stock Exchange.

Effective the same date, Ms. Tam Mei Chu will assume both roles. According to the announcement, Ms. Tam, aged 37, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Accounting from the Hong Kong Metropolitan University and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She brings over a decade of auditing and company secretarial experience gained from working with various listed companies. The board expressed gratitude to Ms. Chan for her service and extended a welcome to Ms. Tam in her new appointment.
