Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited released a shareholder reminder dated 15 July 2026 confirming the company’s move to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications.

The measure covers directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. From now on, English and Chinese versions of these materials will be accessible only through the company’s website (www.mingyuanyun.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). No printed copies will be dispatched unless specifically requested.

Non-registered shareholders—those holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees—have not yet supplied functional email addresses. They are advised to provide their email details to their respective intermediaries to ensure timely electronic receipt of disclosures.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents may submit a reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or email mingyuanyun.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Printed-copy instructions will remain valid for one year from the receipt date.
