DT Capital secures 100% shareholder approval for Share Consolidation at 16 July EGM

07/16

Hong Kong–based DT Capital announced that its sole extraordinary general meeting (EGM) resolution—approving a Share Consolidation—was passed by poll on 16 July 2026 with unanimous support.

The company’s Hong Kong branch registrar, Tricor Investor Services, acted as scrutineer. All 3.02 billion issued shares were eligible to vote, and there were no treasury or repurchased shares to be excluded.

Shareholders cast 1.04 billion votes (100%) in favour of the Share Consolidation, with zero votes against or abstaining, comfortably surpassing the simple-majority requirement for an ordinary resolution under Hong Kong Listing Rules.

No shareholders were required to abstain under Rule 13.40, and no parties had signalled opposition in advance. All directors participated in the meeting, with two attending in person and four via electronic means.

The approved consolidation marks the latest corporate action by DT Capital, as confirmed in the company’s circular dated 25 June 2026.
