PC Partner Group Limited (PCT) released an announcement on Sep, 11 2025 detailing the current composition of its Board of Directors and the roles each director holds within the company’s committees.

The Board now includes five executive directors—Mr. Wong Shik Ho Tony (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Mr. Wong Fong Pak (Executive Vice President), Mr. Leung Wah Kan (Chief Operation Officer), Mr. Ho Nai Nap, and Mr. Man Wai Hung—along with seven independent non-executive directors.

Committee leadership remains as follows: • Audit Committee: chaired by Mr. Chua Ser Miang with members Mr. Kong Chee Keong and Ms. Alicia Kwan Xiuying. • Remuneration Committee: chaired by Ms. Chan Yim with members Mr. Jason Goh Hseng Wei and Mr. Teo Chun-Wei, Benedict. • Nomination Committee: chaired by Prof. Low Teck Seng with members Ms. Chan Yim and Mr. Teo Chun-Wei, Benedict. • Executive Committee: chaired by Mr. Wong Shik Ho Tony with members Mr. Wong Fong Pak, Mr. Leung Wah Kan, Mr. Ho Nai Nap, and Mr. Man Wai Hung.

The company stated that these appointments are effective immediately.
