CK Asset Holdings Limited (CK Asset) announced that, in accordance with Article 166 of its Amended and Restated Articles of Association, any dividend unclaimed six years after declaration will be forfeited and will revert to the company. The board has set Friday, 14 August 2026 as the forfeiture date for outstanding 2019 dividend entitlements.

The two affected payments are: • Interim dividend of HK$0.52 per share, declared on 1 August 2019 and paid on 12 September 2019. • Final dividend of HK$1.58 per share, declared on 19 March 2020 and paid on 29 May 2020.

Shareholders who have not yet received or cashed these dividend warrants must contact the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Hong Kong), by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 13 August 2026 to secure payment.

The announcement was issued in Hong Kong on 14 July 2026 and signed by Executive Committee Member and Company Secretary, Eirene Yeung, on behalf of the board.
