GDS Holdings Limited (GDS) announced the resignation of independent director and Audit Committee Chair Lim Ah Doo, effective 20 May 2026, citing personal reasons.

Concurrently, the Board appointed Hua (Kathy) Chen to fill both roles, effective the same date.
