MANY IDEA CLOUD (06696) has announced that Mr. Zou Xinglong has resigned from his positions, effective April 8, 2026. The roles he has stepped down from are: (i) Company Secretary of the company; (ii) Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules; and (iii) the representative in Hong Kong for accepting legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Following Mr. Zou's resignation, Ms. Chen Jingya has been appointed as the Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and legal process agent, effective from April 8, 2026.
