INGENIC (03223) has officially announced the allotment results for its global offering, marking a significant milestone as the company prepares to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The company will issue a total of 31.2873 million H-shares globally, with 10% allocated to the Hong Kong public offering and the remaining 90% designated for the international placement. The final offer price has been set at HK$100 per share, enabling the company to raise approximately HK$3.055 billion in net proceeds from the global offering.
Trading in the H-shares is scheduled to commence at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Each board lot will consist of 100 H-shares.
The subscription figures were exceptionally strong, with the Hong Kong public offering achieving a remarkable 927.37 times oversubscription. Meanwhile, the international placement also demonstrated solid investor confidence, recording an 8.43 times oversubscription rate.
