Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Group Limited (Stock Code: 01250) announced its monthly return for the period ending 30 November 2025. The company’s total authorised share capital remained at HKD 500,000,000, consisting of 9,332,742,302 ordinary shares at HKD 0.05 par value and 667,257,698 preference shares at the same par value.

According to the report, 2,246,588,726 ordinary shares remain in issue with no treasury shares. No changes were recorded in the share capital structure during the month. The share option scheme reflected 19,010,000 options outstanding at an exercise price of HKD 4.00 and raised no funds during November.
