On the news front, PA GOODDOCTOR recently announced that Li Dou has resigned from his positions as chairman of the board, executive director, and chief executive officer. The board has appointed Mr. Guo Xiaotao as chairman and Mr. He Mingke as chief executive officer and executive director.

According to public information, Guo Xiaotao serves as executive director, deputy general manager, and co-CEO of Ping An Insurance, primarily responsible for leading Ping An's "medical and pension" strategy and finance-enabled business-related strategies, while overseeing the insurance business group and related member companies. Mr. He Mingke possesses outstanding achievements in digital health and platform management. Prior to joining PA GOODDOCTOR, he led Baidu's medical and healthcare business.

Citi issued a research report stating that these new management appointments demonstrate further support from parent company Ping An Group, and expects that PA GOODDOCTOR's business will generate more synergistic effects under the assistance of the new management team. The bank believes that the management's extensive experience will help the company continue focusing on strategic priorities for F-end and B-end customers.

Morgan Stanley believes that Ping An Group currently has approximately 8% penetration among financial paying users and about 5% among enterprise paying users. The new management team will be beneficial for strengthening the company's access to group-level resources, including customers, data, and financial support.
