Infinities Technology International (Cayman) Holding Limited (INFINITIES TECH) has voluntarily suspended trading in its shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong as of 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026.

The suspension follows a possible delay in publishing the company’s audited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Management stated that trading will remain halted until the 2025 annual results are released, and further updates will be provided when appropriate.

The board currently comprises two executive directors, three non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors, with Li Qiang serving as chairman and executive director.
