TSH Resources Berhad (TSH) said it bought back 960,000 of its own shares on Bursa Malaysia Securities between Apr, 30 2026 and May, 11 2026.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging from MYR 1.280 to MYR 1.330, for a total outlay of about MYR 1.27 million.

All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock, increasing the company’s treasury holdings to 31,467,900 shares. No shares were cancelled.

The notice of the share buyback was filed on May, 12 2026 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia by Mayeen Wong May Fun.
