On 23 October 2026, Alpha Professional Holdings Limited (“ALPHA PRO HLDGS”) announced the publication of its Rights Issue documentation, comprising the Prospectus, Provisional Allotment Letter and Excess Application Form (“Current Corporate Communications”).

Both the English and Chinese versions of these materials are now accessible on the company’s website (www.hk-alpha.com) as well as on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who opted for electronic communications—but experience access difficulties—or who prefer physical copies may request printed versions free of charge from the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email at 948-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders retain the right to change their preferred language (English, Chinese or both) and method of receipt (electronic or hard copy) for all future corporate communications. A written notice of no less than seven days or submission of the enclosed Change Request Form to the share registrar—or an email to the address above—will initiate the change.

For additional queries, shareholders may contact Tricor’s Customer Service Hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notification was issued under the authority of the Board and signed by Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr Zhao Lei.
