CINESE INTL (01620) has announced a significant leadership change, effective July 30, 2026.

Dr. Gao Songyan has resigned from her roles as Executive Director, Chairperson of the Board, member of the Board Nomination Committee, and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules. Dr. Gao cited her decision to dedicate more time to other business pursuits and personal matters as the reason for her departure.

Taking over the reins, Ms. Liu Jieying has been appointed as Executive Director, Chairperson of the Board, member of the Nomination Committee, and authorized representative, effective from July 30, 2026.
