TrendForce: TV and Laptop Panel Prices Mostly Decline in November, Monitor Panel Prices Remain Flat

According to TrendForce, panel price data for November 2025 shows a broad decline in TV panel prices. As the fourth quarter progresses, manufacturers have adopted more flexible pricing strategies, with TV panel prices expected to continue falling in November. Monitor panel prices remained flat month-over-month, as both buyers and sellers maintained a stable pricing consensus. Meanwhile, certain sizes of laptop panels saw price drops.

**TV Panels**: Despite being the traditional off-season for TV panel demand, some brands are actively pushing to meet year-end targets, while others have begun early stockpiling, leading to stronger-than-expected demand in Q4. Panel manufacturers, while fulfilling orders, are also negotiating next year's demand plans with clients. To encourage higher procurement, they have introduced flexible pricing strategies, including project-based discounts. As a result, TV panel prices are projected to decline further in November: 32-inch and 43-inch panels by $1, 50-inch and 55-inch by $2, and 65-inch and 75-inch by $3.

**Monitor Panels**: Demand for monitor (MNT) panels softened in Q4. However, panel makers, already facing losses on mainstream MNT panels, have limited room for price concessions and are unwilling to expand production. Consequently, both buyers and sellers have maintained stable pricing. In November, only 23.8-inch Open Cell panels, due to significantly weaker demand, are expected to drop by $0.2, while other mainstream sizes remain unchanged.

**Laptop Panels**: Despite soaring memory prices, brand clients' procurement momentum for panels remains steady in Q4, aligning with earlier expectations. However, buyers continue to push for lower panel prices. Panel manufacturers, recognizing the need for adjustments beyond existing discounts, are revising listed prices to meet client demands. In November, TN panels are the only laptop (NB) panels holding steady, while mainstream IPS sizes are projected to drop by $0.1–$0.2.
