On 12 June 2026, DMALL executed an on-market buyback of 948,800 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying between HK$6.10 and HK$6.23 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HK$6.1758, bringing the total consideration to HK$5.86 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.11 % from 878.32 million to 877.37 million. Concurrently, treasury shares expanded from 59.19 million to 60.14 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 937.51 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 88.37 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 6.34 million shares, equivalent to 0.72 % of the issued share base on the authorisation date. Under Hong Kong listing rules, DMALL is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 12 July 2026.

Management confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable regulations, and the acquired shares will be held as treasury stock rather than cancelled.
