Authorities from the Market Supervision Administration in Xian'an District, Xianning City, Hubei Province, recently conducted a specialized service program at Hubei Huaning Anti-Corrosion Technology Co., Ltd., a nationally recognized high-tech enterprise and a "Hubei Premium Brand" cultivation candidate.

The initiative, titled "Intellectual Property (IP) Services for Enterprises in the Park," aimed to provide targeted support. Staff members offered precise assistance on key challenges such as patent application processes, fast-track preliminary examinations, trade secret protection, and proper patent marking standards.

They optimized the pre-examination filing procedures and guided the company in strengthening its intellectual property protection framework, thereby smoothing the pathway for the transformation of patented technologies into practical applications. As a result, two high-value patents obtained by the enterprise through this specialized service have already been commercialized, significantly driving equipment upgrades and enhancing the company's core competitiveness.

In recent years, Xian'an District has been building a comprehensive, end-to-end system for IP services, transformation, and protection. To date, the district has facilitated intellectual property pledge financing totaling 270 million yuan (RMB) and holds 996 valid invention patents.

Moving forward, the district plans to normalize the "IP Services for Enterprises in the Park" program, accelerating the practical application of patent outcomes. This ongoing effort aims to continuously foster the growth of new productive forces and help boost the quality and efficiency of the regional industrial sector.
