China Tower Co., Ltd. (00788) has issued an announcement regarding a change to its board composition.

The company's extraordinary general meeting has approved the appointment of Mr. Yin Wenkai as an executive director.

His term will commence on June 16, 2026, and will continue until the conclusion of the election process for the third session of the board of directors.

Concurrent with this appointment, and due to an adjustment in his work responsibilities, Mr. Yin will step down from his position as a deputy general manager of the company.

Mr. Yin has also been appointed as a member of both the board's nomination committee and the connected transactions committee.

All the aforementioned changes will take effect from June 16, 2026.
