Guangshen Railway Company Limited (00525) reported that non-executive director Zhang Zhe has resigned effective 4 December 2025, following amendments to the Articles of Association approved at the 2025 First Extraordinary General Meeting. His departure does not affect the Board’s operation or membership minimum. The Board expressed gratitude for his contributions.

On the same date, the second session of the second employee meeting elected senior accountant and former audit department director, Liu Qiyi, as the employee representative director (a non-executive role) for the tenth session of the Board. He will not receive remuneration or allowances in the new position, and will serve until the current Board term expires.

Additionally, following an increase in audit committee membership from three to five, Guangshen Railway appointed non-executive director Li Danjiang and employee representative director (non-executive) Liu Qiyi to the audit committee. Both appointments extend through the conclusion of the tenth session of the Board.
