China Unicom (00762) has released its latest operational data, revealing that as of June 2026, its cumulative connected users reached 1.311 billion. Among these, 5G network users totaled 249 million, while IoT terminal connections hit 773 million.

In the enterprise segment, China Unicom's Unicom Cloud serves 491,000 major government and corporate clients, and its cloud-intelligent products have amassed 116 million paying users. During the month, smart customer service accounted for 85.9% of all interactions, and the customer complaint resolution satisfaction rate stood at 96%.

Additionally, the company's security business now counts 477,000 major government and enterprise clients, underscoring its continued expansion across both consumer and B2B markets.
