IHH Healthcare Berhad (IHH) reported that Non-Executive Director Mehmet Ali Aydinlar sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the company.

The disposal was executed on Dec, 31 2025 at Malaysian ringgit 8.590 per share, representing about 0.011 % of the group’s issued share capital.

After the transaction, Aydinlar’s direct stake stands at 7,948,000 shares, while his indirect interests amount to approximately 512,221,573 shares held through various nominee accounts.
