Nanofilm Technologies International Limited announced on Apr, 07 2026 that it transferred 343,034 treasury shares to satisfy vesting under the Nanofilm Restricted Share Plan.

Following the transfer, the company’s treasury share balance decreased to 10,866,524 from 11,209,558, representing 1.67% of its 652.6 million issued shares, down from 1.72% before the transaction.

The shares were valued at 0.70 Singapore dollars each, based on the closing price on the transfer date.
