HAITIAN FLAV (03288) announced that on October 28, 2025, the company entered into a property lease agreement with Foshan Tiande. Under the agreement, Foshan Tiande will lease part of the premises located at No. 29 Jinming Road, Guicheng Street, Nanhai District, Foshan City, to the company. The lease term runs from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2028.

The newly leased property will be used as office space. After considering factors such as the location, floor area, and internal and surrounding facilities of the property, the company believes that signing the lease agreement will provide the group with more convenient and efficient office facilities, thereby improving the efficiency of daily business operations.
