Hong Wei (Asia) Holdings Company Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, related Circular and Notice of General Meeting (collectively “Current Corporate Communications”) have been released in both English and Chinese.

The documents are now accessible through: 1. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) 2. The company website (www.hongweiasia.com)

Non-registered shareholders whose shares are held via CCASS may obtain printed versions by completing the prescribed Request Form and returning it to the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label for local postage is provided on the form.

Submitting the Request Form will apply not only to the current set of documents but also to all future corporate communications until written instructions to the contrary are received or the shareholder ceases to hold shares in the company.
