The 2025 Sustainable Global Leaders Conference will take place from October 16 to 18 in the Expo Park of Huangpu District, Shanghai.

This event is jointly organized by the World Green Design Organization (WGDO) and Sina Group, with support from the IFRS Foundation's Beijing office. It is hosted by Sina Finance and the Beijing representative office of the WGDO, with support from the Huangpu District People's Government. The conference centers on the theme “Facing Challenges Together: Global Action, Innovation, and Sustainable Growth,” gathering global intellectual resources to explore new paths for sustainable development and injecting robust “Chinese momentum” into global sustainable governance.

This year's conference upgrades the previous four editions of the “ESG Global Leaders Conference.” A strong lineup of around 500 influential guest speakers is expected, including approximately 100 overseas guests. The attendees consist of officials, former officials, representatives from international organizations, Nobel Prize winners, Turing Award winners, and leaders of Fortune 500 companies, as well as premier scholars and industry advocates.

CSC Chairman and Executive Committee Director Liu Cheng will attend the 2025 Sustainable Global Leaders Conference and deliver a keynote speech.
