The decision was made because the GEM Listing Committee determined that the company had not satisfied all resumption guidance requirements before the resumption deadline.

If the company decides not to request a review by the GEM Listing Review Committee, the final date for share listing will be October 20, 2025, and the listing status of the shares will be cancelled from 9:00 AM on October 21, 2025.
