Central China Securities Co., Ltd. (CC Securities) announced the execution of a Revised Framework Agreement with Henan Investment Group Co., Ltd. on 26 June 2026. The new pact will become effective once approved at CC Securities’ forthcoming shareholders’ meeting and will run through 31 December 2027.

The Board confirmed that the Revised Framework Agreement maintains the same commercial terms and transaction scope previously outlined in the company’s announcement and circular dated 9 June 2026, which governed the ongoing connected transactions between the two parties. No additional amendments were disclosed.

All other details in the original 9 June 2026 disclosure remain unchanged. CC Securities reiterated full adherence to applicable disclosure requirements under prevailing laws and regulations.

The announcement was authorized by Chairlady Zhang Qiuyun on behalf of the Board on 26 June 2026; the Board currently comprises six executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
