i.century Holding Limited (the “Company”) announced that HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited (“HLB”) has resigned as its auditor with effect from 13 February 2026. The reason for the resignation was a lack of consensus on the audit fee for the year ending 31 March 2026. The board of directors confirmed that there were no unresolved matters aside from the fee issue.

The Company appointed Linksfield CPA Limited (“Linksfield”) as its new auditor to fill the vacancy following HLB’s resignation. The appointment was recommended by the audit committee after reviewing proposals and evaluating cost and industry experience. It is anticipated that the change of auditor will not affect the Company’s annual audit process or the release of annual results for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.

The board expressed its gratitude to HLB for its past professional services and extended a welcome to Linksfield, citing that the change is expected to be cost-effective while maintaining audit quality.
