Concord New Energy’s April Power Output Falls 5.28%, Dragged by Softer Wind and Solar Generation

Concord New Energy Group Limited reported that attributable power generation in April 2026 declined to 767.11 GWh, a 5.28% year-on-year decrease from 809.84 GWh in April 2025.

Wind projects contributed 678.23 GWh, down 4.27% from a year earlier, while solar projects generated 88.88 GWh, 12.33% lower on the same comparison basis.

For the first four months of 2026, cumulative attributable generation reached 3,197.15 GWh, 4.01% lower than the 3,330.69 GWh recorded in the corresponding period of 2025. Within this total, wind output slipped 3.21% to 2,856.29 GWh, and solar output contracted 10.19% to 340.86 GWh.

The disclosed figures were approved by Chairman Liu Shunxing and the board on 7 May 2026.
