Tenfu Executes HKD 5,740 Buyback; 103,000 Shares Await Cancellation

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited disclosed on 16 April 2026 that its issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.08 billion ordinary shares.

On the same day, the company repurchased 2,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 2.87 each, for a total consideration of HKD 5,740. These shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Since the current repurchase mandate was approved on 9 May 2025, Tenfu has bought back 0.73 million shares, equivalent to 0.0675 % of the share count at the mandate date.

Within that total, 103,000 shares repurchased between 29 December 2025 and 16 April 2026 have not yet been cancelled, representing about 0.01 % of the company’s existing issued shares.

The mandate allows the company to buy back up to 108.38 million shares, leaving approximately 107.65 million shares—99.33 % of the limit—still available.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Tenfu is barred from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 16 May 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
