Tycoon Group’s board, with the recommendation of its audit committee, appointed Crowe (HK) CPA Limited (Crowe) as the new auditor effective 21 November 2025. Crowe is set to serve until the conclusion of the company’s next annual general meeting. The board determined that Crowe possesses the requisite experience, technical competence, independence, and resources to perform its audit duties without any significant impact on the group’s schedule for annual results.
