MILLONE CITIES (02892) announced that effective December 16, 2025: (i) Mr. Lou Ka Keung BBS, MH, JP will transition from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director and resign as the company's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Committee to dedicate more time to his personal business affairs; and (ii) Mr. Wang Tingcong SBS, JP, Executive Director and Chairman of the company, will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Committee, succeeding Mr. Lou.
