JOINN Laboratories (China) Co., Ltd. has issued the proxy form and key logistical information for its first H-share class meeting of 2026, scheduled for Thursday, 4 June 2026. The session will convene immediately after the conclusion of the 2025 Annual General Meeting and the concurrent A-share class meeting at the company’s headquarters, 7 Ruihe West 1st Road, Economic-Technological Development Area, Beijing.

Two special resolutions will be tabled for H-shareholders: 1. Amendments to the Articles of Association covering the conduct of shareholders’ class meetings. 2. Amendments to the Rules of Procedures of the General Meeting of Shareholders related to class-meeting arrangements.

Shareholders recorded on the H-share register may appoint one or more proxies; completed forms, along with any supporting authority, must reach the registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) no later than 24 hours before the meeting. Attendance requires presentation of valid identification, and submission of a proxy form does not preclude personal attendance.
