Truly International Holdings Limited (00732) has issued a notice of an extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled for 17 December 2025 at 10:00 a.m., to be held at 2/F Chung Shun Knitting Centre, 1–3 Wing Yip Street, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong.

According to the announcement, at the EGM shareholders will consider granting a mandate for directors to submit bids to acquire approximately 11.43% of the equity interests of Truly (Renshou) High-end Display Technology Limited. The deal’s total consideration would not exceed RMB1,050 million. If approved, any director of the company would be authorized to undertake measures necessary to finalize the transaction.

The register of members will be closed from 12 December 2025 through 17 December 2025, and only shareholders whose transfers have been lodged by 11 December 2025 at 4:30 p.m. will be eligible to attend and vote at the EGM. Shareholders are entitled to appoint proxies, and all resolutions will be decided by poll.
